Organizing Layers for Applique

This is a pretty simple tip. When organising layers in Patchdraw, you choose "Send to Back"/"Send to Front" in the colour tab NOT in Patchdraw tab! Make sure you select the patch you are trying to order before right clicking to bring up the options you need.
