SCQ Y2K/MQ Instructions

Hi Everyone, There has been a huge response to the Y2K swap suggestion. So here are the instructions! (If you have anymore suggestions, let me know).

1. This is NOT a centralised or timed swap. Each person will be responsible for organising their own swaps.

2. As a general rule, most people involved in Y2K swaps use pre-washed, pressed 100% cotton (no flannels etc). Please use scissors or rotary cutter, don't tear fabric.

3. It is assumed that each set of swaps will include a plain white/homespun square, the same size as your swaps, that has at least your name and town/country on it. This is the siggy square (when you see 25 + 1 the +1 is the siggie square!) This square is in addition to the 25/50 etc swap squares.

4. Each square in the batch must be different fabrics ie not 25 of the same material.

5. To be listed for participation in the swap, please send to following details to:

laren_oz@yahoo.com

(Please put "SCQ Y2K Swap Addition" in the subject line - it will make my life alot easier!).

Name:
Email:
Address (Optional):
Size: (2 1/2" or 3")
Number: 25 or 50 (or other)
Other: (if you want a particular state, would like a small bio etc)

Updates will depend on demand. I will put the list in the SCQuilters Egroups Vault and possibly on a web site (if my soon to be ex-webspace providers get organised!).

Cheers,

Laren
