Hide and Seek Pharaoh

I don't know if he actually wanted to be found, but it was fun looking. Pharaoh is starting to find alot of new hidey holes. He is also now able to jump up onto most of the tables in the house, via chairs etc. He has discovered the spare room with its widow. He loves sitting on the table next to the window and looking out to the world.

"I don't care what I look like, its comfortable!!"

Bath Time:

Not If I Can Help It!

"I hate baths!"

To say that Pharaoh hates his weekly bath would be a major understatement. He is however, getting much better at taking them. When we first started giving him a bath, the reaction was instananeous, a frantic attempt to grip anything that would allow him to pull himself out of the water. Who would've thought that cats could get a grip on stainless steel!

But the last bath went quite well. He sat fairly quietly in the bath, we then took him out and let him stand on the washing machine, where we lathered him up with the anti-flea shampoo. He tends to sit there quite happily, although he did shake quite alot the first couple of times. The last bath, he didn't shake at all, until the hairdryer. If there is one thing he hates more than the bath is the hairdryer!!
